We performed an audit of this institution’s risk management and insurance program and insurance broker and assisted in the comparison of renewal proposals from their broker, resulting in a confirmation of their existing program, with minor improvements in coverage.

Savings Bank ($1.5 billion in assets)
After conducting an audit of this bank’s insurance and risk management program, with a number of recommendations for improvement, we assisted the bank in reducing their overall premium by 15%.

Housing Finance Agency ($3 billion loan portfolio)
Working closely with our client, we revised their borrower insurance requirements, performed training for the individuals responsible for implementation and continue to provide ongoing support for compliance-related questions.

Insurance Agent Group:
We developed and implemented an errors and omissions liability program that provides generous coverage very cost-effectively to a group of thousands of insurance agents. On an ongoing basis, KFDA administers the program and assists in claims and coverage disputes.
